Some of the oldest Carignan vines in the world were fermented using an infusion technique to produce a very delicate and perfumed red. The Sauvignon Blanc underwent a very similar treatment. The blend is incredibly juicy and fruit forward. Liquid fruit candy in a glass. Boisterous and flirtatious.
